  communities and raised fishermen’s incomes. Thereafter, groups within the jurisdiction of sustainable fishing communities developed marketing for fisheries products, benefitting both fishing communities and fishermen.
In addition, the COA participated in the 31st "Taipei Building Show," building a "Domestically Produced Timber Taiwan Pavilion" on the theme "Treehouse and Cedar Forests," which had a design of layered high and low perspectives and evoked the atmosphere of strolling through Taiwan’s natural forests. The pavilion was built mainly from local Taiwan wood and bamboo, showcasing green building materials on behalf of Taiwan and winning an "Excellent Exhibitor Image Award" for the third straight year.
In order to promote elderly-friendly foods, in 2019 the COA selected a total of 80 value- added elderly-friendly foods processed from premium local farm, fisheries, and animal husbandry products, to meet the dietary needs of the elderly and encourage the healthy development of aged societies.
In 2019 the COA guided the "Taiwan Feather Exporters’ Association" to construct the "Taiwan Down and Feather Traceability Audit System," using the "Domestic Fresh Poultry Meat Tracing Platform" to certify down material. This will raise the quality and safety of domestically produced down and feathers.
B. Strengthening marketing and promotion of premium agriproducts
To strengthen marketing for the "Top 100 Premium Agricultural Products of Farmers’ and Fishermen’s Associations," the COA used information and communications technology to attract consumers, and provided product catalog and e-book download services on the agricultural "ezgo" website (https://ezgo. coa.gov.tw/). We also guided farmers’ and fishermen’s associations at all levels to set up special areas for selling the "Top 100 Premium Agricultural Products of Farmers’ and Fishermen’s Associations" and agro-gift and souvenir items at brick-and-mortar outlets
The "Vino Formosa Rosso" produced by the Shu-Sheng Leisure Domaine in the Houli District of Taichung City was awarded a gold medal at the 2019 "Vinalies Internationales" competition in France.
The "Mountain Rose: Rose of Cane Liqueur" produced by the Puli Farmers’ Association Distillery in Nantou County won a silver medal in the "2019 International Spirits Award" in Germany and another silver in the "Concours Mondial de Bruxelles."
The "Domestically Produced Timber Taiwan Pavilion" won an "Excellent Exhibitor Image Award" for the third year in a row at the Taipei Building Show.

Also, it was possible to purchase "Rural Good Products" through sales channels that included the Hsin Tung Yang shop in Terminal 1 of Taoyuan International Airport, the Yunlin High- Speed Rail station, the Eslite Flavor Marché at the Eslite Xinyi Store, the Yu Pin Hsuan seafood restaurant in the Badouzi area of Keelung, and the Family Mart online emporium.
The COA also marketed and promoted premium farm, forestry, fisheries, and animal husbandry products at special events. We participated in large scale exhibition and sales activities including the "Taiwan International
