Annual Report 2018 Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan Subsidiary agencies: In the nal accounting for 2018 for subsidiary agencies of the COA, total budgeted revenues were NT$52.668 billion, and the final accounting showed NT$53.361 billion, so actual revenues were 101.32% of budgeted revenues. Total budgeted expenditures were NT$42.029 billion, and the final accounting showed NT$41.238 billion, so actual expenditures were 98.12% of budgeted expenditures. After comparing revenues and expenditures, the nal accounting showed a surplus of NT$12.123 billion.
