本研究目的在降低百香果嫁接工作對人工之依賴,期望以後此項作業能自動化,並推廣到其他種苗嫁接自動化。已完成一部自動式百香果嫁接機之設計與製造,包括接穗切削裝置、砧木苗處理裝置、插接機構、氣壓動力控制組件、嫁接夾設計製作、嫁接夾整列篩選供給裝置等,可以完成砧木苗的切斷、接穗插接口的切削、砧木劈開插接、嫁接夾送出與夾持嫁接苗等工作,使嫁接機的作業性能與操作安全性皆行提高。試驗結果顯示,本嫁接機理論作業能量為199.5株/小時,實際作業能量為114株/小時,嫁接成功比例為70%嫁接成活比例為96%。本嫁接機為個人化作業,並不需要輸送帶,而工作平台海雙邊雙層折疊式,在不需要嫁接時可收回至兩側,不佔用空間。
The purpose of this study was to develop an automatic grafting machine for passion fruit seedling the mechanization of grafting on nursery-stock of passion fruit has been completed. Hopefully, The machine would be reached automatically and suitable for other plants. Prototype of grafting machine, which was developed and manufactured based on the procedures of manual graft, could be divide into scion cutting device, stock processing device, inserting guide mechanism, pneumatic control system and push fixed c1ip to fix grafted seedlings. Basic performance of this machine was conducted and results indicated that success ratio and ratio of survival after grafting could reach 70% and 96%, respectively. In addition, net working capacity of this machine was 199.5 plants per hour. Individual working, Worktables had folded both two sides and layers in this machine not occupied the space.
