The special budget for the Forward-looking Infrastructure Development Program, Phase 2: The special budget for the second phase (2019-2020) of those aspects of the Forward-looking Infrastructure Development Program that come under the authority of the COA totals NT$7.405 billion. The budget for 2019 was NT$3.677 billion. Figures 5 and 6 show allocations of this special budget by function and agency, respectively.
