Collective Innovation Sustainable Management Unit 2: Building Agricultural Models The COA gave approval in 2018 to soil and water conservation plans (including simplified soil and water conservation statements) in 4,987 cases of development and use of slopeland, and inspected ongoing work 2,939 times. We had 4,229 cases of land surface changes monitored by satellite, and we conducted investigation, reporting, and a crackdown on illegal use of slopeland in 2,283 cases, with fines totaling NT$95.16 million and 130 cases sent for prosecution in the legal system.
