Announced amendments to the “Regulations Governing Anti-money Laundering of Agricultural Financial Institutions,” the “Regulations Governing Agricultural Financial Institutions’ Reporting on the Property, Property Interests and Location of the Property and Property Interests of the Designated Individual, Legal Person or Entity,” and the “Regulations Governing Internal Audit and Internal Control System of Anti-money Laundering and Countering Terrorism of Agricultural Financial Institutions.” Sent out a letter on December 12 informing all municipal, city, and county governments that they should inform the credit departments of farmers’ and shermen’s association within their jurisdiction that the amendments to the “Directions for Conrming Customer Identity in Domestic Remittance Operations and Deposit Without Passbook of Financial Institutions” announced by the Financial Supervisory Commission per Order Jin-Kuan- Yin 10702741850 would go into effect as of January 1, 2019. ●●●● December 149
